This section is
dedicated to documenting our various travels. So
far, we've stayed "in continent" but hope
to travel out of North America in the near future.

See Our Adventures
Some of our favorite
spots in North America include:
Southern Oregon Coast -- beautiful sand beaches with
neat rock formations, tidal pools, and few tourists. Especially
neat when the whales swim by.
Nova Scotia -- beauty, history, great people.
Yellowstone -- beat the crowds and see the beauty of
Winter at Yellowstone.
Wind Cave and Badlands, SD -- stark beauty. Bison.
Chattanooga, TN -- great things to do with kids.
Our travel tips:
Start young. Take your young kids on trips as
soon as possible. It acclimates them to long rides.
Follow good "Ferber" practices and try
to make bedtime riturals the same, no matter where
you are. Do they have a favorite bedtime blanket/music/etc?
Bring it along.
Break up your travel by stopping at museums, factory
tours, or even tourist traps.
After 5 days of visiting parks/monuments (ex. desert Southwest), they all start
looking the same. Save some for the next trip.
If visiting several National Parks in a year, consider
the purchase of an 'America the Beautiful Pass' at the first park
that you visit. Are you a member of a museum?
Your membership may get you into other museums for free !
